In an RPG, you wouldn't try to defeat the final Boss with level 1 gear. In calisthenics, attempting a Planche without mastering basic push-ups is exactly the same: a recipe for disaster and plateauing. At Reppy, we want your progression to be smooth and safe. That's why we've designed this Skill Roadmap so you know exactly what your next mission on the bar is.
Level one consists of Iron Fundamentals. Pull-ups, push-ups, dips, and squats are the foundation of everything. Until you have at least 10-12 strict pull-ups and 20 flawless push-ups, your body lacks the joint conditioning necessary for advanced tricks. Once you clear this tutorial, the next step is explosive power (Muscle-up) and basic isometric strength (L-sit). These moves will begin to forge the tendons for what comes next.
🗺️ The Reppy Roadmap:
- Tier 1 (Basics): Pull-ups, Push-ups, Dips, Squat. The startup manual you can find at /blog/manual-inicio-calistenia.
- Tier 2 (Transition): Muscle-up, Pike Pushups, L-sit. This is where you start gaining respect in the /social feed.
- Tier 3 (Statics): Back Lever, Front Lever, Handstand. They require months of consistency and tracking on your Dashboard.
- Tier 4 (Legendary): Full Planche, OAP (One Arm Pullup), Iron Cross. Reserved for warriors who have made calisthenics their lifestyle.
