How to start calisthenics from zero? The Adventurer's Manual

If you master these, you've completed the prologue of your adventure.

🏗️ The minimum for your first day:

  • A Bar (Optional): If you have a nearby park, great. If not, a doorway bar is your best initial investment.
  • Consistency: Don't look for perfection, look to show up. Logging even just 5 push-ups in your daily streak gives you more XP in the long run than one massive workout once a month.
